We offer transparent information about our shipping methods and costs, so you can make your purchase with confidence. We are working on getting environment friendly supplies but we just started. However, you are more than happy to reuse our shipping stuff for your personal needs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Michelle's Creative Haven, LLC. If for any reason you are not happy with your homemade crafty item, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Our aim is to build trust and reassure you that you can shop with confidence. We are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Here is what we can offer for your return. If you have found something wrong with your perches we will fix it and do all that we can to make it right. Complete refund within the first 30 days of your receipt. Past 30 days we can only offer store credit.

If at any time something happened with your perches we also offer free repairs up to the first 30 day from receipt date.  With in 60 days from receipt date you will give you 50% off of repair fees. At any time after the first 60 days of your delivery date we are more than happy to fix any needed repairs on any of our product but you will be charged full price.
